• Speech for the Summer!

    Parents! Are you aware of the great summer programs provided around the city this summer? Attending summer programs will allow your child to continue to develop speech and language skills over the summer. Costs vary from free and up.

    Parent Link has offices all over the city, providing programs such as Little Explorers, Busy Bodies, Ooie Gooie, Preschool Adventure, Art in the Park, Grandparents Morning Out,
    Read and Sing, and many more! Find a location near you and see what exciting programs are scheduled this summer.

    Summer Starts at the Edmonton Public Library, June 23 to August 25, 2018
    The Edmonton Public Library has programs for kids of all ages with topics including: Science, Superheroes, Library Scavenger Hunt, and Early Coding (colours/patterns/numbers).

    City of Edmonton Parks & Recreation Recreation centres around the city offer summer programs with a variety of fun themes including Active Kids, Campers of the Galaxy, Mad Scientist, Superhero Training and Camp Olympics.

    As an extra resource for you to share with friends and family this summer, we’ll will be providing each preschool/kindergarten family, cards with ideas for language and speech building while playing with toys, reading books, singing songs, etc.
