TAKE ADVANTAGE OF EARLY BIRD RATES!Elves Annual Golf Tournament is fast approaching and will be held at The Ranch Golf and Country Club, one of Alberta’s premier golf courses. We welcome you to join us on Thursday, May 29, 2025. Registration begins at 1:30 pm and Shotgun Start will be between 2:00 and 2:15 pm. Golfers will enjoy 18 holes of golf, a shared golf cart for two, and a steak supper. All golfers will be eligible for skill and door prizes as well as participation in our silent auction event.
We welcome any corporate sponsors. (Please see information below “How can I become a sponsor for this event?” or Canada Helps)
We also welcome supper guests to join us. If you are unable to attend the event and wish to help, we welcome donations in the form of new items for the silent auction or cash donation.
Elves will issue tax receipts for a portion of golfer fees and donations.
Our fundraising goal is to raise $40,000 toward funds that will support ongoing facility improvements and maintenance of Elves Adult & Youth Centre.

Loyal Golfer:$140 per golfer from January 01 to March 31, 2025
Early Bird:$155 per golfer from April 01 until April 30, 2025
Regular Golfer: Tickets increase to $175 per golfer on May 01, 2025 until May 27, 2025

TAX RECEIPTS
Golfers (Early Bird & Regular) will receive a consolidated tax receipt for $31.00 and $35.00, respectively; the value is associated with silent/live auction donations.

Loyal Golfer (January 01, 2025 to March 31, 2025: Save $30 and register for $140.00/golfer.
Early Bird (April 01 – April 30, 2025): end on April 15, 2024. Save $20.00 and register for $150.00/golfer.
Regular Golfer (May 01 – May 27, 2025): $175.00/golfer.
