Our Approach
At Elves, education is highly individualized and centred on each learner's abilities. Small classroom sizes and high staff-to-learner ratios allow for tailored instruction and meaningful engagement.
Classrooms are multi-aged and grouped according to developmental levels and abilities. Curriculum is adapted or modified to support communication, functional academics, daily living skills, social-emotional development, and independence.
Each learner has an Individualized Program Plan (IPP) developed in collaboration with families and Elves staff. Goals are
personalized and focus on skill development, self-esteem, independence, and participation in daily life
