Family Violence Support:
It is important to know where you can turn if you or someone you know is experiencing family violence during the COVID-19 pandemic. Help is available to Albertans dealing with family violence, partner abuse, sexual violence, child abuse, elder abuse, pet abuse, or financial abuse.

The City of Edmonton is recommending to the Alberta Utility Commissions and utility partners a deferral period, from March 18 to June 18. No interest, penalties, or service cut-offs will occur during this period. Call your utility provider directly to arrange for a 90-day deferral on all payments.
