Elves 2024 Golf Tournament

We welcome you to join the Elves 2024 Golf Tournament, which will be held at The Ranch Golf and Country Club, which is one of Alberta’s premier golf courses. Funds raised during this event will support facility maintenance, as Elves is addressing interior and exterior wall upgrades.

The Ranch is a beautiful, championship-calibre golf course that also enables golfers of all skill levels to enjoy a fun-filled afternoon on the greens.  We also welcome those who may not golf to join us for a steak supper and live/silent auction in the spacious clubhouse.

How will this tournament work?

to register for the Elves’ 2023 Fundraiser Golf Tournament 

Where:                The Ranch Golf and Country Club

                                 9574 Pinchbeck Road, Acheson, AB

When:                 Thursday, May 30, 2024

Time:                  Shotgun start at 2 pm and Supper at 7:30 p.m.

Early Bird Price:         $155 per golfer until April 15

Regular Golfer Prices:       Tickets increase to $175 golfer on  April 16

This “Texas Scramble” Golf Tournament will be full of exciting events including:

Games & Draws

  • 50/50 Draw (Cash only)
  • Longest Drive
  • Closest to the Pin
  • Hole in One Contests
  • Adapted Putting Draw
  • Live/Silent Auction, and 
  • A special prizes awarded for Early Bird, Skills Events and the “Best Dressed Golfer.”

ATM is available on-site.

    • Tax Receipts:

Golfers (Early Bird & Regular) will receive a consolidated tax receipt for $31.00 and $35.00, respectively, and the value associated with silent/live auction donations. 

Early Bird rates end on April 15, 2024. 

Please note that tax receipts can not be issued for sponsorships.
